Podnikatelský záměr průmyslového podniku

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je podnikatelský záměr průmyslového podniku. V první teoretické části jsou vymezeny požadavky na podnikatelský záměr a jeho struktura. Druhá část práce se věnuje jednotlivým metodám vyhodnocení efektivnosti podnikatelského záměru. Třetí část je také teoretická a pojednává o riziku a metodách ohodnocení rizik. Praktická část je součástí přílohy, v níž je sestaven podnikatelský záměr fiktivní průmyslové firmy, dále jsou zde vyhodnoceny rizika, která mohou nastat při vstupu na trh a také jsou shrnuty zjištěné výsledky praktického příkladu. Cílem bakalářské práce je charakteristika podnikatelského záměru, specifikace metod hodnocení podnikatelského záměru, specifikace rizik a popis metod vyhodnocení rizik, sestavení fiktivního podnikatelského záměru průmyslové firmy a vyhodnocení rizik pro fiktivní podnikatelský záměr průmyslové firmy.

The theme of the thesis is the business plan of an industrial enterprise. In the first part sets out the requirements for a business plan and its structure. The second part deals with various methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the business plan. The third part is the theoretical and discusses about the risk and assessment methods of a risk management. The practical part is included in the Annex, where it is assembled business plan fictitious industrial firms, there are also evaluated the risks which may occur in entering the market and also summarizes obtained results of practical example. The aim of the thesis is the characterization of the business plan, specification methods for the assessment of the business plan, specifications and a description of the risk and assessment of the risks, assembled a fictitious business plan industrial firms and risk assessment for a fictional business plan for an industrial company.
