Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to gain the general knowledge and awareness of the company as well as to find out what customers miss about the company and also what they would appreciate in terms of communication. This shall also show whether the marketing communication is sufficient enough to attract the prospective customers. The marketing communication efficiency of the company Stavebniny U nra~Marek Fiala based in Uni ov has been evaluated by the marketing research especially by using the method of questioning in writing. The introductory part is followed by characteristic of the company and theoretical results of the marketing communication. Another part deals with the research methodology and the analysis of the marketing communication activities of the company. The suggestions and recommendations for more effective marketing communication of the company, which might as well result in the improvement of its overall publicity, shall be offered on the bases of the results of the above mentioned analysis. The final part of the thesis is the conclusion.
