This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of partial project documentation for the construction of a new family house with an individual atelier in Ostrava. The building is situated in a significantly sloping terrain on Klímkova Street in the Slezská Ostrava district. The architectural concept is based on the connection of residential functions with spaces for creative activities, while responding to the morphology of the surrounding terrain. Structurally, the house is designed as a combined wall and skeleton system using Porotherm masonry elements and monolithic reinforced concrete structures. A distinctive feature of the building is an extensive green roof and the use of low-energy standards.
