Analýza vybraných logistických procesů a návrh na zlepšení

Abstract

This thesis deals with analysis of selected logistics processes and suggestions for improvement. The work is divided into four parts, which are the theoretical background, description of the company, current status analysis and suggestions for improvement. The theoretical part incorporates important concepts such as logistics chain and modern approaches such as lean manufacturing, TPM and theory of constrains. The characteristics of the company includes not only general information, but also the economic situation of the company in recent years. The practical part deals with analysis of selected business processes, finding a bottleneck and further analysis bottleneck. Under the proposals are discussed possible solutions to eliminate the bottleneck and thereby streamline the entire process. Work is processed at the firm in the printing industry, which has its headquarters in Karvina and named Kartis + Co Ltd.
