TECHNOTRASA jako moderní prvek rozvoje cestovního ruchu

Abstract

Práce se věnuje hodnocení projektu Techno trasa realizovaného Agenturou pro regionální rozvoj v Ostravě. Cílem je vyhodnotit vliv realizace projektu na rozvoj Moravskoslezského kraje z hlediska cestovního ruchu. Diplomová práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům dané problematiky a definuje stěžejní pojmy jako region a rozvoj aj. Zabývá se teoretickými aspekty regionálního rozvoje, přístupy, modely, cíli, nástroji a aktéry. Dále popisuje regionální politiky Evropské Unie a České Republiky. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na cestovní ruch jako možný faktor regionálního rozvoje. Popisuje organizační zabezpečení cestovního ruchu v Evropské Unii i České republice a jejich hlavní aktéry. Dále je kapitola věnována již zmíněnému projektu – Techno trase, kde je popsán smysl projektu, propagace, jednotlivé objekty zapojené do projektu a financování. V poslední části diplomové práce je zpracováno vyhodnocení vlivu realizace projektu Techno trasa – Stezka technických atraktivit. Projekt je hodnocen prostřednictvím sledování a porovnávání počtu návštěvníků zapojených technických atraktivit v jednotlivých letech. Ze závěru diplomové práce vyplývá, že snaha o propagaci a oživení industriálního bohatství je v našem vlastním zájmu, jelikož jsou tyto památky přínosem pro rozvoj našeho kraje.

This thesis is devoted to evaluation of the Techno trasa implemented by the Agency for Regional Development of Ostrava. The objective is to evaluate the impact of the project on the development of the Moravian-Silesian region in terms of tourism.

The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of the issue and defines the key terms such as region and development, etc. It deals with the theoretical aspects of regional development, approaches, models, objectives, instruments and actors. It also describes the regional policy of the European Union and the Czech Republic.

The second chapter focuses on tourism as a possible factor of regional development. It describes the organizational structure of tourism in the European Union and the Czech Republic and the main actors. In addition, the chapter is devoted to the project - Techno route, which describes the purpose of the project, promotion, individual objects involved in the project and funding.

In the last part of the thesis is the evaluation of the impact of the project Techno trasa - the path of technical attractions. The project is evaluated through monitoring and comparing the number of visitors of involved technical attractions in each year.

The conclusion of the thesis suggests that efforts to promote and recovery of industrial wealth is in our own interest, since these monuments are beneficial for the development of our region.
