Návrh nového využití bývalých kasáren v obci Sokolnice

Abstract

KOVÁČOVÁ, Miroslava: Design of a new use of the former barracks in Sokolnice, VŠB – Technical university of Ostrava, Ostrava 2021, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Urban Engineering, 52 pages, Diploma thesis. Supervisor of the diploma thesis: Ing. Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of brownfield in the village Sokolnice and the proposal of its new possible use. The work is prepared in the form of a territorial study, which deals with the analysis of the past, current state and evaluates the possibilities of using the site according to the current needs of the village Sokolnice and their inhabitants. In one variant, the municipality can further expand by a residential satellite unit, and vice versa, in the other, it can further improve the quality of life of its existing citizens by offering leisure activities. The diploma thesis is processed including the transport solution, economic balance of both design variants and the solution of one selected object at the study level.
