Abstract

The topic of this thesis is to design marketing mix that will be focused more on needs of loyal customers. The goal is to make current marketing mix of company outlet in Ostrava more efficient and enhance verall customer satisfaction of various elements of this marketing mix. The research was conducted directly in company outlet by written questionnaire. The results of research were subsequently transferred to SPSS software, evaluated and afterwards, recommendations to the company and outlet were compiled.
