Ubytovací zařízení

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace ubytovacího zařízení pro provedení stavby. Diplomová práce obsahuje technickou zprávu zpracovanou dle Vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění novely č. 62/2013 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb, tepelně technická posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, energetický štítek a příslušnou výkresovou dokumentaci. Stavba je navržena jako dvoupodlažní nepodsklepená s jednoplášťovou plochou střechou, pochůznou terasou a pochůznou zelenou střechou. Objekt je určen pro ubytování osob. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout stavbu se splňujícími požadavky technických norem.

The subject of this thesis is to solve a project documentation of the accommodation centre for building construction. The thesis contains a technical report prepared in accordance with Notice no. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment no. 62/2013 Coll. about documentation of buildings, heat technical assessment peripheral construction, energy label, drawings documentation. The building is designed as two-storey without basement and single-layer flat roof, pedestrian terrace and pedestrian green roof. The building is designed to accommodate people. The aim of this thesis is to design a building to comply with the requirements of technical standards.
