Návrh na snížení počtu pracovních úrazů zaměstnanců České pošty s.p.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést návrh na snížení počtu pracovních úrazů zaměstnanců České pošty, s. p. Důraz je kladen na vybrané profese s nejčastějším výskytem úrazů. Práce analyzuje základní povinnosti zaměstnavatele a zaměstnanců, které jsou dány právními předpisy. Dále se práce zabývá výběrem klíčových profesí v podniku a hodnocením jejich rizik. Na základě počtu pracovních úrazů, jejich zdrojů a příčin ve vybraném období, jsou navržena technická, organizační a další opatření vedoucí ke snížení jejich počtu a ke zlepšení pracovních podmínek zaměstnanců.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make a proposal for a decrease in the number of occupational injuries of the Czech Post SOE employees, with the focus on that particular occupations with the highest incidence of injuries. In the thesis, the basic employer's and employees' duties, which are determined by legal enactments, are analysed. Another focus is put on the selection of the key occupations in the company and the assessment of the risks involved. On the basis of the occupational injuries quantity, their sources and causes in a given period of time; technical, organisational and other steps, leading to the decrease in the number of accidents and improvement of the employees' working conditions, are suggested.
