Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of revitalization of the former industrial area with the help of project management. The content of the theoretical part of the work is focused on the definition of concepts related to brownfields, project management and describes the methods of project management that can be applied in the revitalization of brownfields. The third part of the thesis is devoted to exploring the possibilities of revitalization using some methods of project management. The fourth part, project design and use of the building and area, we deal with a specific project design.
