Abstract
The Bachelor Thesis is aimed at activity and management of allowance organization, specifically primary school and kindergarden. It is devided into theorethical and practical part. The first one describes nonprofit making organizations and clasiffy them into national administration complex. There are also some details about allowance organization. The second part concerns analysis of oraganization´s activity and management and it contains also evaluation in 2010 – 2014.
