Abstract
This thesis deals with a very topical problem of measuring performance of company. The aim of this thesis is using the selected methods of financial analysis and modern methods of evaluation of performance, specifically for the use of methods of economic value added (EVA), globally assess the financial performance of TONI - MOSTY group, s.r.o., namely from 2006 - 2009. Theoretical part defines term performance and discusses the principles of measuring performance. In the introduction to the practical part is further characterized by TONI - MOSTY group, s.r.o., than it is applied to company traditional and modern standards used for assessing performance. The conclusion of this thesis includes concrete proposals for action formulated in light of the results of the analysis.
