Abstract

Dubovský, L.: Wrapped house: Bachelor thesis. Ostrava VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226 pages, 2016th Supervisor: Ing. Arch. Igor Krčmář. The subject of this thesis was to design villa house with three apartments in the city Karviná, specifically in the city part Darkov. The main aim was to design a lucrative house with adequately dimensioned spaces complementing at least the standard requirements for living. Object localization with regard to the existing built-up area completes a street network while trying to make the best use of a triangular area of the land with respect to an existing surrounding built-up area. The concept of the new house lies in its reaction to the surrounding environment with relation to the relationship between man and nature in an effort to make the best disposition layout and also the use of technical and building resources in order to achieve high living comfort.
