Vyhodnocení záznamů fotopletysmografie

Abstract

In present times grows the possibility to use computers to process signals. The need to objectify the view on pointed signal emerges also in occupational medicine. One of common used procedures in operational medicine is plethysmography - method used to determine reactivity of veins and vascular quality of examined tissue. This diploma thesis focus on creating algorithm for determination of plethysmohraphical records based on percent variance of amplitude, area and saturation before and after the chilling test. Procedures were created to detect pulse waves origins. Also in cooperation with the working compartment of occupational and preventive medicine clinic of Faculty hospital in Ostrava classification to diagnostic groups was determined. To interpretative developed evaluation procedures by doctors, separate user interface was created together with the database for storing automatically generated evaluation files even for storing conclusions made by doctor.
