Abstract

The aim of the work is a characterization of accounting principles and rules and the in subsequent application in to practice. A specific business company is being described and subjected to principles and rules in question. To meet the target methods of comparison, description and deduction have been used. Importance of the work consists in providing specific examples showing how to apply accounting principles and rules in to practice. It was found out that the selected company complies with all principles mentioned above. The contribution of the worklies in creating an overview of how accounting principles and rules are followed using accounting methods and tools.
