Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the processing of project documentation for building execution of Bikehouse – the house for cyclists and bike lovers situated in the center of Ostrava. Project documentation is processed in accordance with Decree 499/2009 Sb. The bases for processing of project documentation for building execution was architectural project from the subject Atelier’s work II. under leadership of Ing. Arch. Radim Václavík. The building is a six-storey object, five above-ground storeys and one underground storey. The Object is determined for living and offers services for bikers. In this thesis, the architectural study was completed for project documentation of the building execution according to the terms of reference of the bachelor thesis.
