Územní studie využití lokality Prštné ve Zlíně pro bydlení

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with the project of the housing lokality utilization in non developed lots in Zlin – Prstne. The main topic of the diploma paper is decribed in the introductory part and the list of used sources is mentioned there as well. Theoretical grounds summarize some basic information which are important for the decision procedure directing. In the next chapter the current condition of the treated locality is described. Evaluated pieces of knowledge of the studied area in the relation to the diploma paper topic are introduced too. Chapter Project of Urban-Engineering Solution adresses to the proposal of utilization of the mentioned locality for housing. Options examined in the diploma paper concept are shown. Choice of final solution is substantiated. The final project is described and briefly economically evaluated. Feasibility of the urban concept is validated by the following scheme of the disposional arrangement of one apartment house. The thesis is closed by the summary in the conclusion. There is a structural drawing section as a part of the diploma thesis.
