Abstract
The goal of my bachelor thesis was founding and running freediving sports club as a citizen’s association. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are described forms of sports clubs, different types of managements, financial resources of sports club, research oriented on SWOT analysis, and questionnaire. The practical part is focused on history and establishing of sports club. My own research consists of SWOT analysis and questionnaire. Next chapter includes overall financing of the sports club. The last chapter of the bachelor thesis summarized results, suggestions, and recommendation based on my own research.
