Analýza trhu bydlení

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza trhu bydlení. Hlavním cílem je vymezit faktory, které ovlivňují trh s bydlením a analyzovat tento trh v konkrétní lokalitě. Teoretická část popisuje aspekty ovlivňující trh s bydlením a rozděluje je na skupinu makroekonomickou a mikroekonomickou. Součástí je vymezení aktérů, kteří na tomto trhu působí. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou trhu s bydlením ve dvou okresech, okres Brno-město a Brno-venkov. Přiložen je výzkum současných cen bytů určených k prodeji se zaměřením na rozdíly v bytové výstavbě a struktuře nabízených bytů v rámci sledovaných okresů.

The theme of this thesis is to analyze the housing market. The main aim is to identify factors that affect the housing market and to analyze this market in a particular locality. The theoretical part describes aspects affecting the housing market and classifies them to a group of macro- and micro-. There is a part of the definition of actors on that market. The practical part analyzes the housing market in two districts, township Brno-město and Brno-venkov. There is also included the research of current prices of apartments for sale, focusing on differences in housing construction and structure of the offered flats in the monitored districts.
