Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is “Setting up a process for measuring technical cleanliness in elektronic parts“, specifically parts produced by the soldering process. The thesis is divided into teoretical and practical part. The teoretical part deals with the technical cleanliness and standards that are an integral part of this topic. The practical part includes the presentation of the selected company, its history and production activities. The next part is the collection of data over a period of time, analysis of the particles found and siggestion for improvement.
