Objektivní metoda neinvazivního měření pigmentační variability

Abstract

Quantification of skin parameters is important for in vivo evaluation of skin responses to external stimuli. These may be various irritants, corticosteroid effects, but also the effect of ultraviolet radiation. Color measurement is particularly useful for the quantitative evaluation of efficacy of skin lesion therapies. For this purpose, a portable optoelectronic device DKP (skin pigment detector), which is applicable in clinical research in the fields of dermatology, physiology, pharmacology or cosmetics, was designed and implemented. Since color is not a true physical quantity but rather a sense perception based on color perception, any colorimetric data obtained should be carefully interpreted. The output of this work is a complex, innovative solution, which was viewed from the point of view of user comfort. The output is erythema, melanin, RGB and CieLab indices, which are stored in a patient database for further subjective evaluation by a specialist.
