Abstract

The aim of this work is the analysis of customer satisfaction through marketing research company in Havirov Heating plant company, a.s. The thesis is divided into two chapters, one part deals with theory and the second part deals with the practical aspect of the introductory part of the theoretical chapters, the thesis targets to be achieved by marketing research. Then it is theoretically described by marketing research. In the practical part of this work is carried out marketing research Havirov heating plant company and on the basis of the results of the survey recommendations are designed to society.
