Využití současných technologií pro účely 3D modelování a BIM

Abstract

This dissertation is focused on the acquisition and processing of laser scanning and photogrammetry data for the purpose of creating a 3D model and on verifying the possibilities of using these technologies for BIM needs. This work describes the issue of introducing the BIM methodology and the CAFM system in existing buildings that do not have any other documentation. In this work, laser scanning methods are compared with each other on a suitable test object from the point of view of technology description, data acquisition method, data processing, time requirement, operator requirement and data registration requirement. Furthermore, the individual data from the scanners were compared in terms of quality for subsequent modeling and assessed for suitability for use in BIM. In this work, the creation of a 3D digital model of the building is described and the possibilities of introducing CAFM for existing buildings are described here.
