Inovativní technicko-organizační řešení výjezdové jednotky bezpečnostní služby

Abstract

Cílem diplomová práce je navrhnout inovativní technicko-organizačního řešení výjezdové skupiny bezpečnostní služby. V práci je nejdříve vymezen potřebný právní rámec. Následuje stručný rozbor teorie. V praktické části je rozebrán současný stav zvolené problematiky u jedné z největších bezpečnostních agentur a vybraných menších agentur v České republice a jedné z největších ve Slovenské republice. Na základě tohoto rozboru je provedena identifikace, modelování a analýza rizik. Výstupem je poté vlastní návrh inovativního řešení, a to ve třech úrovních: právní, procesní a technické.

The goal of this thesis is propose innovative technical-organizational solution for intervention unit of security agency. In this thesis is as the first described legal framework. The following chapter is a short analysis of the theory. In the practical part there is a description of situation of chosen problem in one of the largest security agency and a few smaller in the Czech Republic and one of the largest in Slovak Republic. On the basis of this analysis is made hazard identification, modelling and risk analysis. The output is the own design of innovative solutions made at three levels: legal, procedural and technical.
