Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with design of a purpose of selected company. The main aim of my thesis was design variants, which will lead to achieving the defined strategic goal. First part done introduction to problems of the strategic management. In the second part are describes basic concepts and collected theoretical backgrounds of the topic. The third part contains the description of methodology of the solution. Fourth part characterized company, for which the strategic variants are designed. The fifth part contains treatment analysis of the internal and external environment, definition of goal of the company and the design of variants. In the sixth part are examine variants in terms of their realization and ability to achieve a defined goal. Last part contains evaluation of my diploma thesis. Designed variants will lead to achieving the defined goal and to increasing the competitiveness of the company.
