Analýza přidělených finančních prostředků na rekultivace a revitalizace

Abstract

This bachelor thesis provides an analysis of development of assigned financial resources to be used for landscape recultivation and revitalization in the northwest of Bohemia. The finance was released in the context of public commission in the years 2006 - 2012 based on the Czech Government resolution No. 50/2002 and No.189/2002. The Government recognized the ecological damage; which had originated before the privatization of lignite mining companies and before the amendment No. 44/1988 Coll., about the protection and exploitation of mineral resources, went into effect, as amended law; need to be dealt with urgently. The thesis defines basic terms dealing with landscape recultivation and revitalization, process of public commission, cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Treasury focusing on removal of old ecological ballast and revitalization.
