Abstract

By entering my thesis is to develop project for my selected type of house complying with applicable standards and respect the rules of modern low-energy housing. The project consists of two separate units. The first unit is about the construction of the house and in the second of heating and cooling. Both these parts are produced for the realization of this object. The principal aim my thesis was to create an architecturally interesting object for several families, restaurants and rooms for rent, that could be appropriately situate in a sloping terrain, and yet has been effective and low-cost if possible. I chose four-storey multifunkctional building, located in Vršava, part of city Zlin. The primary heating source I chose the heat pump from company Alpha – InnoTec. Heating and cooling system is invented to house as a combination of radiators and convectors. The theoretical part consists of technical reports for the building solutions, general introduction to heat pumps and technical report to the heating and cooling of object.
