Abstract

The goal of my thesis was to analyse the current ways of job motivation and employees rewarding system in Isotra, a.s. The analysis is followed by suggestions and recommendations to reach an effective rewarding system. The thesis is based on knowledge received from literature and experience acquired in contact with company practice. The contributions of this thesis are concrete suggestions and recommendation to improve the conditions of providing the employees with the company benefits.
