Abstract

The topic of this Master thesis is Analysis of Employee Remuneration and Motivation System in Wholesale. The aim of the this Master thesis is to evaluate the current system of motivation and remuneration of employees The Master thesis is divided into two basic parts. The first part theoretically describes the concepts related to the remuneration and motivation of employees in the company and then describes the used methods. In the second part is firstly characterizes the selected company, then the analysis of the current system of remuneration and motivation, research with help questionnaire survey and an interview with the company's personalist. The aim is to determine the attitude of employees to work motivation and remuneration in the analyzed company. In the end of the Master thesis, recommendations are proposed to improve the current system of remuneration and motivation of employees.
