Abstract

The master's thesis deals with the elaboration of a part of the project documentation essential for the construction of apartment buildings, according to the Decree on the Documentation of constructions, as amended by No. 405/2017 Coll.. The project documentation has met the assignment. The apartment building is a five-storey basement building, with an underground garage, and a flat vegetation roof. The thesis also includes a study of the apartment building, its thermal and technical assessment of peripheral structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2, energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 and the static calculations of the retaining wall gravity.
