Abstract

The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a technological procedure for the implementation of the basic structures of an apartment building. Part of this work is the processing of project documentation for the issuance of building permits, to the extent specified in the bachelor's thesis. The bachelor thesis contains a construction and technological part. The construction part includes text processing of construction project documentation and construction drawings. The technological part consists of the Technological procedure, time schedule and budget for the technological stage of the foundation structure. The construction and technological part is designed for an apartment building with three floors without a basement. The apartment building is based on foundation strips made of reinforced concrete, the structures of the rough upper construction of the apartment building are designed of the Porotherm brick system. The building is covered with a single-skin flat roof with drainage inside the layout.
