Kalibrace speciálního dilatačního profilu z žárupevné vysocelegované oceli

Abstract

Submitted a graduated work deals the roll pass design of the special bar from high-alloy creep-resistant steels by grooved rollers. Desired cross-section shape of bar are reworked to shape after heat. After determining the optimal overall coefficient of elongation and the size of the input billet is calculated number of passes. In next step are determined all passes with design of roll groove. For each grove is discussed development of bar shape with the possible addition individual celculations. The proposed rol pass design was carried out and running test was made successful for it.
