Komunikační prostředky při zásazích Báňských záchranářů v podzemí hlubinných dolů

Abstract

Předložená práce popisuje vývoj komunikačních prostředků používaných v báňské záchranné službě od její historie do současnosti. Autor zejména porovnává různé způsoby komunikace jako základního prostředku pro úspěšné vedení záchranářského zásahu na všech úrovních. V popisu autor rozebírá několik důlních nehod s důrazem na souvislosti s komunikací. Následuje popis komunikačních prostředků používaných v báňské záchranné službě v zahraničí a jejich srovnání s technickými prostředky báňské záchranné služby České republiky, u kterých je uveden i technický popis. V závěru práce je detailně popsán návrh řešení komunikace báňských záchranářů.

The presented work describes the development means of communication used in the mine rescue service from the past to the present. Author compares the different methods of communication as a basic means for successfully conducting rescue intervention on all levels. In the description of the author discusses several mining accidents with an emphasis on the context of communication. Followed by a means of communication used in mine rescue service abroad and their comparison with technical means mine rescue service of the Czech Republic, which is also given a technical description. In conclusion is described in detail of proposal communication of mine rescuers.
