Rekreační a rybolovně - sportovní areál, Kláštor pod Znievom, Slovensko

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá revitalizací rybničního areálu v Kláštoře pod Znievom na Slovensku. Hlavním záměrem je transformace území v nový funkční celek, který bude napojen na stávající strukturu Kláštora pod Znievom i blízké obce Slovany. Doplněním nových funkcí, primárně rybářského pavilonu a systému naučných stezek, návrh reaguje na socioekonomické potřeby lokality a vytváří nová pracovní místa v oblasti zatížené dojížďkou. Vznikem rekreačního ubytování spojeného s rodinným trávením času i edukací dojde k podpoře turistiky. Architektura objektů plně respektuje jedinečnost rybničního areálu. Důraz je kladen na použití přírodních materiálů a minimalistické tvarosloví, které nenásilně zapadá do okolní rodinné zástavby. Tento ekologický přístup se odráží i v samotném technickém řešení, kdy jsou pochozí mola a stezky ukotveny na zemních vrutech. Architektura se tak pohledově vznáší nad terénem a minimalizuje svůj dopad na křehký místní ekosystém.

This master's thesis focuses on the revitalization of the pond area in Kláštor pod Znievom, Slovakia. The main objective is to transform the site into a new functional unit integrated into the existing urban structure of Kláštor pod Znievom and the nearby village of Slovany. By introducing new functions primarily Pavilion of water and a system of educational trails, the design responds to the socioeconomic needs of the area and creates new job opportunities in a region burdened by commuting. The establishment of recreational accommodation, combined with family leisure and educational activities, will further support local tourism. The architecture of the proposed structures fully respects the unique character of the pond area. Emphasis is placed on the use of natural materials and minimalist forms that naturally blend into the surrounding of residential buildings. This ecological approach is also reflected in the technical solutions, as the walkable piers and trails are anchored using ground screws. As a result, the architecture visually levitates above the terrain, minimizing its footprint on the fragile local ecosystem.
