Analýza obchodního případu firmy na mezinárodním trhu

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of the business contract of company on the international market. This company trades on the B2B market of metallurgical products. The diploma thesis includes theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on international trade in general, international market segmentation, international trade negotiations, the course of foreign trade operations, conditions of the contract, and insurance risks. Due to analysis in the practical part there were suggested some recommendations that could lead to the acquisition of new contracts on the international market and streamline the process of business contract that will be implemented in the future. These recommendations inclide mainly greater support of websites in foreign languages, timeliness of these websites, getting new contacts through participation in trade fairs or detailed survey of potential competition in the market. Other areas of suggestions that should help in the realization of other business deals abroad, it is all about communicating with customers, intermediaries, suppliers and other parties to the transaction. The analysis showed that the business case has been effective, but due to a detailed analysis of the course, can be determine where problems occurred, which would be useful to prevent new cases.
