Systém fyzické ochrany objektu veřejné vysoké školy a srovnání použitelnosti ČSN P CEN/TS 14383-3 Obydlí a metody FMECA

Abstract

The thesis covers the issue of assessment of the current state in physical protection of the new building belonging to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. It also includes comparison of application of ČSN technical standards no. P CEN/TS 14383-3 with the analytical method FMECA. In the first part of the work, the attention is paid to the legal regulations and technical standards related to the protection of persons and property. Next part of the work is focused on the description of the object under consideration, the current state of its technical protection, physical protection and mode measures. The main objective of the work is the application of selected analytical methods on the systém of physical protection of the building observed. In the final part of the work, there are assessed the potential risks; on the basis of this assessment, there are designed two variants of innovative measures including an economic evaluation, and the more efficient draft is then selected.
