Ekonomické a právní aspekty rodinného podnikání

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on a new definition of family business aiming at reasons for this definition implementation as well as at form, by which it is going to be implemented into a legal order. Through connected partial aim, it is to be explained how this change will influence owners of family businesses and what it brings to them. To achieve this aim, fundamental information was being searched for, interviews with Ostrava family businesses members were being provided and the questioning was being done, in which the biggest family businesses in the Czech Republic were questioned. Operation of those businesses in general, advantages, disadvantages and mostly awareness of changes and connected with them grants in this field were investigated. The results of both, interviews and questioning show very little awareness in the frame of new legal norm as well as low interest in it. Nevertheless, some answers provide with interesting facts. In the conclusion, overall findings are captured thus wide lack of awareness and lack of interest of family businesses owners, form of new definition implementation, intensity of impact on relevant companies as well as benefits connected with it.
