Mezipodnikové srovnání a jejich konkurenceschopnost v odvětví hotelnictví

Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the hotel industry and its competitiveness. We focused on three large hotel companies and looked at the market from their perspective. In the process, we mapped their micro-environment and compared the operation of the hotels in question. Based on known analyses, we assessed their macro-environment and the meso-environment. At the end of the diploma thesis, we evaluated the market as a whole and proposed certain recommendations for selected hotel companies in order to increase their competitiveness in the coming years.
