Abstract
This thesis deals with the internal guidelines and regulations, such as management tools for primary school Lutín. The main goal of this work is to explore the current status of a law school , through a questionnaire survey to determine the level of knowledge in this area by the empoyees.
The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. There are legislatively defined the basic rules and regulations in the theoretical part. The practical part describes the organization of primary school Lutin first. There is an analysis of the current state of knowledge regarding staff regulations and rules Lutin elementary school in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the exploration and interpretation of the results arising from the questionnaire procedure. Based on the results of the questionnaire there are suggested preventive measures and recommendations for improvement in the missing parts of the directives referred to by the respondents from the selected organization.
