Abstract
The aim of the work is a comparison of classic sample preparation methods for organic analysis with newly developed and optimized methods using microwave reactor prior to chromatographic analysis. A model method for extraction of capsaicinoids from chillies is developed. The method should fulfill principles of green chemistry, too. Based on the new method, optimization process is applied to routine method for analysis of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).
