Komparace stávajících a nově definovaných procesů zavádění nových výrobků

Abstract

The thesis is about comparision of current and newly defined processes of new product implementation in manufacturing company after new product lifecycle management system implementation. Key processes have been compared based on key factor of success in current system and in new defined PLM system. Consequently, there is a mutual comparison and proposal, how to improve the newly defined processes, which haven´t be evaluated well.
