Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis is evaluate the performance of company in printing industry based on collected methods and formulate suggestions how to increase the performance of company. There was necessary to define basic approaches and methods of given problems. First step of the application part was short introduction of the company Lupress s.r.o. After that followed analysis of performance by financial analysis, where was assessed profitability, liquidity, aktivity and debt of company. Next step was design of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method, where was identified perspectives. There was proposed strategic objectives, measures, targets and strategic actions that implmentation of the Balanced Scorecard method can begin to track. At last there was submitted suggestions and recommendations to increase of company performance.
