Průmyslové využití škrobu

Abstract

Tato práce popisuje využití škrobu v průmyslu. Jsou zde uvedeny platné legislativní předpisy České republiky týkající se problematiky škrobu, které jsou v souladu s kompetentními právními předpisy Evropských společenství. Práce popisuje také chemicko-fyzikální vlastnosti škrobu, modifikace škrobu, druhy škrobových plodin a praktické i teoretické aplikace škrobu v různých průmyslových odvětvích a v dalších oblastech každodenního života. Na závěr je zařazeno shrnutí přínosů škrobu a jeho možné uplatnění v budoucnosti.

This work describes the use of starch in the industry. There are the valid legislative regulations of the Czech Republic, on the issue of starch, which are in accordance with competent legal regulations of the European Community. Also describe the chemical and physical properties of starch, modification starch, kinds of amylaceous crops and practical and theoretical applications of starch in various industries and other areas of everyday life. At the conclusion of the work is situated the summary of benefits of starch and its possible application in the future.
