Abstract

The bachelor work deals with an analysis of a chess school marketing communication. The aim of the work is the analysis and subsequent evaluation of marketing communications, including all elements of communication mix that Beskydská school uses chess to his promotion. It is aimed at current clients whose children attend the center ring Peak youth and potential clients who are interested in ensuring that their children have gone to any ring or rings you visit. The aim is to determine how they perceive marketing communication both target groups and what are the differences between them that would have improved, changed or left the same. They were contacted through a questionnaire using a personal or written inquiries. Based on the analysis, it was proposed recommendations, which have already been validated.
