Modernizace trhacích prací na lomu Hranice

Abstract

Ve vypracované bakalářské práci je návrh na modernizaci trhacích prací na lomu Hranice. V první části této práce je celkový popis geologie, geografie a hydrogeologie lomu Hranice. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení dosavadního stavu trhacích prací, které firma CEMDEST s.r.o. aplikuje v praxi. Další část je samotným návrhem modernizace, která zahrnuje vrtné práce, výpočty, perspektivní technologie aţ po samotný odstřel. Poslední část bakalářské práce je soustředěna na samotné technicko-ekonomické vyhodnocení navrţeného řešení, celé modernizace s původním návrhem trhacích prací.

The submitted thesis is a proposal to modernize blasting at the quarry boundary. In the first part of this work is a general description of the geology, geography and hydrogeology quarry boundary. The second part focuses on the evaluation of the state of blasting by the company Cemdest applied in practice. Another part is a design upgrade that includes drilling, calculations, promising technologies to the actual shoot. The last part of the thesis is focused on the very technical-economic evaluation of the proposed solution, the modernization of the original proposal blasting.
