Stanovení bromovaných zhášečů hoření v pevných matricích

Abstract

This thesis is concerned with the possibilities of determination of PBDEs in solid environmental matrices, in this case, household dust, by the method GC-MS/MS of using a triple quadrupole analyzer. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of brominated flame retardants in areas of their occurrence in the environment and a selected group of substances, PBDEs. The aim of this work was to optimize MS/MS method for the determination of PBDEs in real samples of dust. The household dust was collected from 14 volunteers, extracted by the method of PLE, purified on a column and analyzed using method GC-MS/MS for setting optimum conditions selected.
