Optimalizace provozu pneumatického flotátoru na úpravně Dolu Darkov

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis is in the first part, focused on the technological process of the treatment of black coal in the Darkov washing plant. In the next phase, it deals with the theory of flotation separation and mainly with the application of pneumatic flotation machine in operations. In the application part of the diploma thesis are presented experimental findings obtained from grain analysis of input samples of coal sludge and their ash content. Further is described and evaluated optimisation of pneumatic flotation machine, which determines the ideal conditions for use, focusing on the optimal concentration, aeration and batch flotation agent at the input to the newly installed pneumatic flotation.
