Měření spokojenosti zákazníků s lokálním lifestylovým magazínem

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on customer satisfaction measurement with local lifestyle magazine. The aim of this diploma thesis is analyse customer satisfaction with magazine content, visual design and satisfaction with subscription with following customer service. Evaluation of the satisfaction was made with online questionnaire. In questionnaire was analysed satisfaction with magazine content and visual style. There was also focus on the satisfaction with price of subscription and benefits which are following to subscription. In the last are discused steps for improving customer satisfaction with the local lifestyle magazine.
