Návrh alternativních postupů detekce pohybu staticky narušených nebo zřícených konstrukcí pro účely odřadu USAR v rámci HZS ČR

Abstract

This thesis deals with the possibilities and options as well as techniques and approaches to detect damage in statically distorted or collapsed structures for the purpose of the detachment of USAR HZS ČR. The first charter presents the history of detachment USAR and introduces the main problems of monitoring statically damaged structures. Second chapter of the thesis describes the current options and equipment for monitoring statically damaged structures the rescue has. Third chapter describes the requirements and demands placed on working with devices designed for monitoring. Fourth part of the thesis is the actuall output of my research, where I suggest use of new devices designed to monitor statically collapsed or damaged structures as well as improvement of the currentlly used equipment. In the end of the thesis is the conclusion and brief summary.
