Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I focus on the development of human resources in company and on European Union funds and on instruments of active employment policy of the Czech republic, which you can get money for training of staff from. I found gaps in the content and structure of training, in the evaluation of responses of internal professional tests and in the concept of a language course, under use of the analysis of internal documents of selected company and information obtained by inquire of their employees. I suggest to the company the changes in training, and I create a proposal for the contractual project containing three specific trainings and meeting the conditions for applying for a grant from Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment.
